With a lot of body-beautiful and almost perfect-looking models covering magazines, it is hard to get serious with a diet plan or exercise regime that will take a long time to take effect. If I were someone who wants to lose weight, the thought of resorting to crash diets that work will come to mind. Specially so that I don’t like going to the gym or lifting weights. But of course, in the end, I would still prefer the slow but sure way of losing weight.
